What’s your shipping policy?
Typically, orders are fulfilled and shipped out within 1-3 business days and you’ll receive a notification when your order ships. This excludes Pre-Orders, where items are made to order and ship by the dates indicated on the pre-order. All orders are shipped via USPS.

What’s your refund and exchange policy?
We currently offer free refunds and exchanges for any reason, within 30 days of purchase, on U.S. standard orders (with standard shipping rates; ie. expedited or overnight shipping is excluded). Just email us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return/exchange and we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label. Once we receive the item(s), we will process it within 1–2 business days and either ship out the replacement(s) or issue the refund.
Where are you located?
We are an online shop that ships orders throughout the U.S. and Canada. We are headquartered in Hilliard, Ohio and occasionally set up at vendor markets in Ohio and nearby states; follow our Facebook and Instagram to see where we’ll be next!
Do you make custom designs?
We offer custom designs if they are above our order minimum of 12 or more. Email us for more information.
Do you offer bulk/group discounts?
For those looking for group discounts for special occasions (e.g. annual lake weekend with friends) we offer group discounts on certain items, such as coozies, for orders of 12 or more. Email us for more information.
Do you sell wholesale?
We currently sell wholesale throughout the U.S. and are seeking out retail locations in every state, in shops big and small. If you think Lake Time would be a great addition to your shop, email us for more information.
